Order Processing

We currently accept Prepaid Orders Only.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Charge: ₹59 on orders below ₹500.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a total value of ₹500 or more.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 working days from the date your order is shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other details are accurate when placing your order. Street Stall is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photographs of:

-The damaged product.

-The original packaging.

-The shipping label (if visible).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will assist you with a replacement or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition. Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or return.
